As the “Fasting Channel” Announcer of China, Yannie wrote her first book “21 Days Diet Without Sugar (2020) “ which earned her the most beautiful popular diet author. Before the book, she founded the juice brand GREENS in China, and now she is as a restaurant co-founder living in Spain.

Yannie is a professional chef in Raw-cooking and a certified professional yoga and pilates instructor.
